HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our aim is to dispatch all orders, of in-stock items placed before noon (GMT+1), on the same day. All orders are sent out for a Monday to Friday delivery. It usually takes 2-5 working days to receive your order in Sweden, 2-6 within the EU and 4-8 to the US.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY BIKE?
You will receive your new bike 90% assembled. All you need to do is unpack and assemble the saddle, the handlebar, the pedals, the front wheel and any optional add-ons. A thorough assembly manual comes with the box and will guide you step by step.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY BIKE?
Returns are made at your own expense unless the product(s) is defect. Returns must be sent to us via mail or packages, not by C.O.D. (Cash on delivery). For exchanges we will pay the new shipment from us to you. When you exercise your right, you should send the product back to us. If you exercised your right of cancellation we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as or within 30 days from the date we received the goods.
WHAT KIND OF TOOLS DO I NEED?
For the assembly of the bikes, you'll need a set of Allen keys which will be provided by us and a wrench 10 and 15 out of your own toolbox.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to all European countries, US, Canada, Japan, South Korea and Australia. If you want us to ship to countries outside of these please drop us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE A DAMAGED BOX AND I’M WORRIED THE ITEM I ORDERED IS ALSO DAMAGED?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If a shipment arrives with obvious shipping damage, please document the damage by taking photos before inspecting the product inside. If the product is damaged, please contact us within 2 business days and send photos where applicable to email@example.com. Please also save the boxes and packing materials.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

WHAT PAYMENT SOLUTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We accept all major credit cards through Epay and Paypal. We offer invoice service through Klarna (Sweden only) and bank transfer through Trustly in most European countries. We provide monthly payments set ups through Turtle pay in our store.
CAN I TEST RIDE A BIKE? DO YOU HAVE ANY RESELLERS?

yes, it’s possible to attached a child seat to all bikeid bikes
WHERE DO I FIND THE FRAME NUMBER?
The frame number is located under the bottom bracket on each bike
WHAT ABOUT WARRANTY?
We offer 1-year product warranty and 3-year complaints right (right to complain regarding production errors). For more information view our terms and conditions
DO YOU HAVE SPARE PARTS?
We have spare parts for most of the components on the bicycle. Some of them you’ll find in our shop and if not please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org We might not have fenders and chainguards in all colors, especially models older than 3 years.
