The Ride

Comfortable commuting

First thing you’ll notice is how light it feels to ride. It’s almost as going downhill even though you’re still on a flat stretch. Next thing that hits you is that even though you’re in a comfortable upright riding position, you effortlessly push the bike up to considerable speed without breaking a sweat. The 7 speeds give you a good range for everyday commuting even if you live outside of the city and have longer distances to cover.

Light and agile

At only 17 kg – stainless steel basket included – the Step-through 7 is a light, agile and fun to ride classical ladies bicycle. We equipped it with the very reliable internal 7-speed Nexus system from Shimano, lightweight double walled alloy wheels, and a comfortable leather saddle from Brooks. The frame is made of fine steel tubing, ensuring a rigid and very safe construction and a great riding experience. The Step-through 7 has a coaster brake (foot brake) as well as front rim brake.

The Design

It's all in the details

From a design point of view, few objects has the same default, out of the box compelling look and shape as a bicycle. But good can always be better, whether it’s the shape of the frame or the head of a fender screw. The Step-through 7 Pale Beige has a honey coloured saddle, high-polished alloy rims and white crisp tires. Our custom leather grips with cork end plugs are a little lighter in the colour tone but over time they will get that nice patina to go along with the Brooks saddle.

All our accessories have been carefully selected from all over the world to work seamlessly with our bicycle designs. Choose a Japanese high-end bell from Crane Japan, minimalistic USB rechargeable lights from Swedish Bookman or equip your BIKEID with a Kryptonite Chain to assure it’s always going to be there where you parked it last.

Shipping to Sweden is 250 SEK, flat fee of 25 Euro to all EU countries and 100 USD to the US. Our aim is to despatch all orders, of in-stock items placed before noon (GMT+1), on the same day. All orders are sent out for a Monday to Friday delivery. It usually takes 1-2 working days to receive your order in Sweden, 2-6 within the EU and 4-8 to the US. You will receive your new bike 90% assembled. All you need to do is unpack and assemble the saddle, the handlebar, the pedals, the front wheel and any optional add-ons. A thorough assembly manual comes with the box and will guide you step by step.
